A very hoppy Easter

We had a wonderful Easter weekend.  It started with dying eggs, a process that Adeline has never really done...that she remembers.  She thought the eggs were "dying" then thought the colored liquids were juices. After a rocky start we ended up with 12 colorful eggs.

Adeline's Favorite Band

Today was the day.  The day we have been waiting for since we bought the tickets in November.  The Fresh Beat Band came to Durham and we we there!  The FBB is a kids music group that has a tv show on Nick Jr.  One of Adeline's most favorite shows.  She desperately wanted to look like Kiki and you all know how much I love to put together a costume!  I am reminded of Punky Brewster.

Tuesday was THE birthday.  We celebrated with a lunch at Logan's with Jackie.  She was treated with a muffin...a good thing since she did not even taste her birthday cake!
